1. Welcome and Program Overview

Welcome to UplineFlow, where you can access an AI-powered customer relationship management platform built specifically for licensed life insurance agents and agencies. Upon opting in to our SMS service, you will receive timely platform updates, account notifications, appointment reminders, demo scheduling messages, exclusive offers, and important information to enhance your business operations and customer relationship management experience.

2. Opting Out of SMS Service

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode or to any message you receive from us. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 30 messages per month. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and agree to these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Users of UplineFlow services are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act 47 U.S.C. Section 227, the Telemarketing Sales Rule 16 CFR Part 310, the National Do Not Call Registry, state level mini TCPA regulations, and any other applicable state and federal laws governing telephone communications and SMS messaging. Users must obtain proper express written consent from all recipients before initiating any SMS or voice communications. Upline Flow Solutions, LLC provides tools to assist with compliance but does not warrant guarantee or assume responsibility for user compliance with applicable laws. Users assume full liability for their telecommunications activities conducted through our platform. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

9. Description of Services

Upline Flow Solutions LLC provides software as a service customer relationship management platform for licensed life insurance professionals including but not limited to AI call coaching, automated communication tools, dialer functionality, recruiting pipeline management, and customer relationship management features.

10. Account Eligibility

Users must be 18 years of age or older. Users accessing the full platform must be licensed insurance professionals or authorized representatives of licensed insurance entities. Account creation requires accurate information including legal business name and contact details.

11. Subscription and Billing

Subscription pricing varies based on team size and plan selected. Voice and SMS usage are billed separately through our prepaid wallet system. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings.

12. Intellectual Property

Upline Flow Solutions LLC owns all intellectual property rights to the platform including software, design, content, and trademarks. Users retain ownership of data they upload to the platform.

13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Upline Flow Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Florida courts.
