Flow does the work between your calls.

Flow knows your business inside and out, and you can put it to work. It also follows up with your leads by text and answers your calls.

Flow knows your business inside and out

Flow can see your contacts, pipeline, appointments, calls, policies, commission, and KPIs, so you can ask it anything about your book and get a real answer from your own numbers.

  • Example request: Who have I not followed up with this week?
  • Example request: How much commission did I earn last month, and was any charged back?
  • Example request: Am I double-booked anywhere this week?

You put Flow to work

Give Flow recurring tasks and it runs them on schedule, with the results in your Flow chat and notifications. Ask it to book or move an appointment, update a contact, build a call list, mark a sale, or draft a message, and it prepares the change for you to confirm.

  • Example request: Every Monday at 8, send me my pipeline summary.
  • Example request: Move my 3pm with John to Friday at 10.
  • Example request: Build a call list from my Quoted leads.

Ask Flow

Ask about your business in plain English. Flow answers from your own contacts, pipeline, calendar, policies, calls, and goals. When something needs to change, it prepares the change for you to confirm.

Ask Flow never sends a text or an email and never changes anything on its own. Nothing happens until you press Confirm.

  • Your day, first thing

The first time you open Flow each day you get a short rundown: appointments, callbacks due, missed calls, and any hot leads at the top.

Example request: What needs me today?
  • Who to call next

Open leads you haven't contacted in a while, oldest first, with the reason each one is on the list.

Example request: Who should I call first?
  • Your numbers

Progress against your goals, commission earned and charged back, and policies still pending, straight from your own records.

Example request: Am I on pace for my weekly goals?
  • Callbacks, appointments, and your pipeline

Flow prepares the change as a card with Confirm and Cancel: a callback, an appointment booked, moved, or cancelled, a note, a status, a pipeline move. Each one can be undone.

Example request: Set a callback for Tom on Monday at 9 about the spouse rider.
  • Mark a sale

Give Flow the policy number, carrier, and premium. Confirm adds the client to your book of business and records the sale for commission.

Example request: Mark Maria Lopez sold, policy MO-55821 with Mutual of Omaha.
  • Call lists

Builds a dialer list from the leads you name, leaving out do-not-contact leads and anyone without a phone number.

Example request: Build a call list from my Quoted leads.
  • Drafts you send yourself

Writes a text or an email for you to copy. Flow does not send it.

Example request: Draft a text reminding Bob about Thursday.
  • Recurring tasks

Ask Flow to do something daily, weekly, or monthly. The results arrive in your Flow chat and your notifications, and you can pause or cancel any task.

Example request: Every weekday at 8am, list my callbacks due today.
  • Memory

Tell Flow something once and it keeps it in mind. You can see and remove what it remembers.

Example request: Remember that I don't work Fridays.
  • Help with the app

Answers how-to questions from UplineFlow's own help, checks your account setup for what's blocking you, and opens a pre-filled email to support.

Example request: Why can't I text my leads?

Flow follows up

Once your text messaging registration is approved, Flow texts your leads from your number: a first text to new leads who agreed to texts, follow-ups while there's no reply, a nudge for leads that have gone quiet, and a reply whenever a lead texts back.

Flow's texts never book appointments; they invite the lead to reply or to take a call. Texts go out only within your calling hours, and only to leads who agreed to texts and aren't on do-not-contact.

  • The first text

New leads who agreed to texts get a first message after the delay you set.

Flow texts: Hi Morgan, this is Casey's assistant. You asked about life insurance coverage. Is there a good time for a quick call?
  • Follow-ups and quiet leads

If a lead doesn't reply, Flow follows up every few days until the attempts you set run out, and nudges leads that have gone quiet.

Flow texts: Hi Morgan, just checking in on the coverage you asked about. Would a quick call this week help?
  • Hot leads come to you

When a lead is ready, Flow stops and hands the conversation to you with an alert in the app and by push, and by text to your cell if you turn that on.

The lead texts: Yes, I'm ready to talk about it today.
Flow texts: That's wonderful, Morgan! I'll have Casey reach out personally to take it from here.
  • You step in, Flow steps back

Reply to a lead yourself and Flow stays out of that conversation for 24 hours, then picks the follow-up back up.

The lead texts: Can you call me after 5?
You reply: Absolutely. I'll call you at 5:30.

Flow answers your calls

When you're offline, busy, or don't pick up a call to your UplineFlow number, Flow answers. It talks with the caller, takes their name and number, offers the times you have open, and books the appointment on the call.

Booking happens here, on calls. When a caller asks for you, Flow alerts you and puts them through if you're available; if not, it takes a message.

  • Picks up when you can't

Flow greets the caller, asks what they need, and takes their name and callback number.

A caller says: “Hi, I got a letter about final expense coverage.”
Flow answers, asks a few questions, and takes the caller's name and number.
  • Books the appointment

Flow offers open times from your availability and books it on your calendar. You see it in your notifications.

A caller says: “Can someone go over a quote with me this week?”
Flow offers Thursday at 2:00 or Friday at 10:00 and books the one the caller picks.
  • Puts hot callers through

When a caller asks for you, Flow sends you a hot-lead alert and transfers the call if you're available.

A caller says: “Can I talk to Casey right now?”
Flow alerts Casey and puts the call through, or takes a message if Casey is away.
