Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using UplineFlow AI, you agree to these Terms. If you are using UplineFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Subscription Terms
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on uplineflow.ai/pricing. We may update pricing on 30 days notice for renewals.
3. Free Trial
Individual agents start free without a credit card. Agency plans include a 14-day free trial after a demo. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
4. Cancellation
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime in account settings; access continues to the end of the billing cycle. Annual plans cancel at renewal. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use UplineFlow to send unlawful communications, violate TCPA or DNC rules, scrape third-party services, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Misuse may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Customer Data
You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to operate the service. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product.
7. AI Features
UplineFlow includes AI-generated content (call summaries, suggested rebuttals, follow-ups). AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
UplineFlow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
