UplineFlow AI ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered CRM for life insurance professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email, agency, role), product usage data (calls, pipeline activity, feature use), and content you upload (lead lists, recordings, notes). For SMS and voice we collect phone numbers, message content, and consent timestamps as required by TCPA.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the service, deliver AI features (transcription, scoring, follow-up), comply with legal obligations, communicate with you, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
4. SMS Consent & TCPA Compliance
Recipients of SMS communications sent through UplineFlow have given prior express written consent or fall under an applicable exception. Every message includes opt-out language. Opt-outs are honored immediately and propagated to all agents in your agency.
5. Call Recording Disclosure
Calls placed through UplineFlow may be recorded for AI coaching and quality. It is your responsibility to disclose recording where required by your jurisdiction. Our dialer supports automatic recording announcements.
6. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted in the United States. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by SSO + MFA. We retain data while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently delete.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@uplineflow.ai. We respond within 30 days.
